From 1st April, Your Health, Your Way is a new service commissioned by the Nottinghamshire County Council to support Nottinghamshire residents (children, youth, adults and families). be active, lose weight, reduce alcohol intake and quit smoking. The service will also provide support to prevent falls and manage family weight.

Depending on the current situation with coronavirus, all support will be provided remotely via phone, online or software. Nicotine replacement therapy will be sent to service clients after an evaluation by a consultant.
