Smoking support

We can provide free, flexible, kind support to help you quit.

Our support may include:

  • Expert support and advice one by one
  • Nicotine replacement therapy
  • Text or WhatsApp support from Peer Pal – a trained person who has been there, done it and can help you in the upcoming challenges. If you are having difficulty and need support, you may want to send a message to your peer. It depends on you.

With our support, you are three times more likely to quit.

There are many reasons to quit smoking. Contact the NHS for information on the benefits of quitting: Quit smoking.
