All the support you need

If you’ve struggled to quit smoking, you’re not alone – it’s not easy and it can take up to 30 attempts for some people to succeed.

There is a lot of help to support you and many reasons to keep going.

Smoking damages the lungs and weakens the immune system, making it difficult to fight infections. This means that if you are infected with COVID-19 or the flu, you have a higher risk of complications.

From the moment you quit smoking, the body begins to heal itself, which will help the body’s ability to fight disease. It means that you will find it easier to breathe for only 72 hours without smoking and you are on your way to reducing your risk of heart attack or cancer.

So now is a good time to stop smoking and quit once and for all. Although our regular face-to-face support sessions are not ongoing due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the team is still here and ready to provide you with any support.

We can provide free Nicotine Replacement Treatment (NRT) online or over the phone, as well as patches, chewing gum, mouth spray and nasal spray. We will work with you to provide one-on-one support tailored to you and help you quit. To talk to one of the team and get support, you just need to leave:
