Quitting smoking is one of the most beneficial things you can do for your health.
We know that quitting is not always easy. People who get support from a local smoking cessation service find it easier to quit and are four times more likely to be smoke-free.
Our team of professional counselors has a lot of experience in helping people quit smoking.
We have also promised NHS smoke-free as part of a national program to help all NHS get rid of smoking.
COVID-19 Virus Notification
The Stockton Specialist Smoking Cessation Service has adapted its work methods in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We raised the issues it presented and saw it as an opportunity to offer new ways to reach our customers.
We are proud to be able to offer access to our services via telephone, face-to-face consultation, as well as remote video consultation using the secure NHS Attend Anywhere video service.
The feedback we received from customers about the new way of working was really encouraging.
The smoking cessation service is committed to and will continue to provide assistance and support for your smoking cessation treatment.
