If you are pregnant, quitting smoking is one of the best things you can do for your baby. Quit Squad works closely with midwives to help pregnant mothers quit smoking. My Quit Route is a free program available to all Lancashire County Council residents to download on Google Play and the Apple Store. He will provide you with the expert advice and scientifically proven tools you need to quit smoking once and for all. The application can be used alone or with the expert support of your local smoking cessation service, Quit Squad, which can advise you on the most appropriate nicotine replacement therapy (NRT).
