To keep your disposal odor free, Cobb suggests some ice cream when disposing and grinding, then dedusting borax Down disposal, running water and grinding. The other thing you can do, says Cobb, is, “Put the plug in the sink and add three inches of lukewarm water. Then mix in a handful of baking soda.Turn on the grinder and immediately remove the cap (so as not to damage the grinder). This creates a suction and pulls the baking powder mixture down into the disposal and cleans it.
6. Trash can
If the box itself smells bad, wash it with you Hot water and White wine vinegar. Or try to sprinkle something Odorzout, let stand for a few minutes, then empty and rinse the can. If the trash smells bad but the bag isn’t full, Cobb suggests throwing something in Coffee groundsthat neutralize odors.
7. Sweat
Dirty clothes can stink, especially when it comes to sportswear. To make sure the smell comes out as you wash, add half a cup of Arm & Hammer Washing Soda to the wash. “It’s not baking soda, but it’s similar and you can find it in the laundry aisle,” explains Cobb. “It removes the smell of fabrics. ”
